Our Founder

Mr. John Paulo Partacalao is the Founder and Managing Director of JPP CPA. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by profession having passed the October 2018 CPA licensure examination. He is also a BOA-Accredited CPA in Public Practice, BIR-Accredited Tax Practitioner, and a CDA-Accredited Cooperative External Auditor.

For more than two years, he served as the Finance Manager of a telecommunications construction firm based in Tarlac, where he led a team handling all areas of end-to-end accounting operations, banking and finance, credit and collection, taxation, treasury, and other compliance works.

He has also worked as a Tax Associate at SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co. for two busy seasons, where he was exposed to various engagements such as corporate tax compliance, tax compliance reviews, tax planning, tax test of controls, BIR audit assistance, and bookkeeping, among others.

He graduated Cum Laude from Central Luzon State University (CLSU) in both his degrees in Accounting Technology and Accountancy. As a student leader, he served in multiple capacities, including President of the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants – CLSU Chapter and Governor of the CBAA Corporate Student Council. In recognition of his exemplary service, he was awarded as CLSU’s Most Outstanding Student Leader.

He continues to serve the accountancy profession through his involvement with the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) – Nueva Ecija Chapter, where he has held various roles as an officer and member of the Board of Directors.
